Those were the scariest 60 to 90 seconds of my life

Imagine your plane is flying at a height of 40000 feet ,but within a few minutes it suddenly reaches 10000 feet, and what if it does not even land?

A breath taking incident happened in the united states, where a delta airline flight went down 30,000 feet in just 7 minutes, after which passengers began sending farewell messages to their loved ones while aircraft crew kept trying to calm them down.

The flight was heading from atlanta to fort lauderdale on wednesday and after reaching half distance it suddenly reached down to 10,000 feet from the height of 39,000 feet.

The cause behind that was the fluctuating of air pressure in the cabin according to the airline.
Passengers spoke to WFTS about the horrific experience they felt during the incident.

Suddenly, i felt a little strange when the altitude started to decrease as the oxygen masks started to drop from the masks boxes of the plane , and then the passengers started to panic,'' said by a passenger Harris Dewskin.

He said that after the incident he informed his girlfriend and his family members that there was something terrible happening on the plane .' An air hostess on the intercom was telling us ' don't worry , Don't worry', but at such moments as it happens, most of the people were terrified around me.

Passengers also took photos and videos as they knew that why are the oxygen masks coming out.

According to Harris ," Life is not trust worthy, it was the scariest 60 to 90 seconds of my life when we didn't know what is happening".

According to preliminary data from flight air, the plane was at 39,000 feet high on 4:34 but it suddenly dropped down to 9,975 feet on 4:42 .

Later the plane was diverted to tampa and it landed there without any damage, it is now being reviewed as to what was exactly the problem with the aircraft.
